A 40mm cartridge sets this wall mixer apart from most of the range, which runs 35mm, so record the size somewhere it can be found later — it is the first question asked when a service call comes around. Body is brass and the warranty runs eight years. Wall mixers are only as good as the rough-in behind them: the body has to sit at the right depth for the finished wall, and the handle needs swing clearance from the tiled return or the shower screen. Both are decided before the sheeting goes on.
