Change of mind
You may return unused items in original, unopened packaging within [30] days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and a restocking fee of [50%] may apply.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, you are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
