Diverters do two jobs off one plate, controlling temperature and switching water between outlets, which is why they get specified on a shower wall running both a rail shower and an overhead. This one has a brass body and takes a 35mm cartridge, a size that stays easy to source when a service is needed years down the track. Chrome, brushed nickel, brushed gold and matt black are available. Warranty runs to 20 years.
